Preservations goal is to save abundant produce from going to waste. Their products are batch-crafted from local produce that would otherwise go to waste. Samantha Burgess is the preserver and based in Tauranga.

Apricot & Lavender - Made with fresh Otago Apricots and fresh Lavender flowers. This jam is a divine take on a traditional classic! The lavender adds a subtle flavour & beautiful scent and you can see the apricot pieces.
Blackberry & Pinot - Juicy Whakatane Blackberries married with NZ pinot noir makes this the jam for Kings or Queens!
Citrus Marmalade - Sublime, intense flavour from all NZ citrus. Oranges, lemons, limes, sugar & spice are all that's used to make this rich marmalade. No grapefruit is added (although NZ grapefruit is delicious) deliberately, so even those on medication advised not to eat grapefruit or its juice, can enjoy!
